Activity Room at Banta Center
- Standard rental is 5 hours for $100 plus tax until December 31, 2023. Starting January 1, 2024 the fee increases to $185 for a 5 hour rental.
- Additional hours can be added on for $25/hr until December 31, 2023. Starting January 1, 2024 fee increase to $30 for an additional hour.
- Set up and clean up must be done within your rental hours
- Payment is due in full at time of reservation
- Rental Fees are non-refundable, but may be transferrable based on availability
- Reservations are available Monday through Friday from 3pm - 10 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am - 10pm.
Rental Fees Include
- Up to 5 hours in the room
- Up to 20 – 72” banquet tables
- Up to 11 - 60” round tables
- Up to 70 banquet chairs
- Room will be set in the standard layout with tables, chairs, and trash cans/bags when you arrive
- Access to
- Kitchen sinks
- Refrigerator & freezer
- There is no access to a stove or oven
The standard room configurations is 12-72” banquet tables set with 4 chairs each for a total of 48 seats. If you have a request for a different set up, it must be made at time of registration or at least 14 days prior to event.
Rental Details and Restrictions
- Decorations such as balloons, streamers, and candles are permitted, however you may not tape, nail, or pin anything to the painted walls. No Command Hooks.
- Glitter and confetti are NOT allowed.
- No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
- Caterers are welcome, or the renter may bring their own food. No food shall be prepared on site.
- Renter must take out all trash to parking lot dumpster at the end of the event.
